As part of our upbringing, we are subject to the opinions and labels of everyone around us and can easily start to believe these projections as our identity. Taking on such things as "good" and "bad" is disempowering. How can we move from being buried in layers of "not us" to discover who we might be, to finding our spiritual gifts, and discovering what empowers us?
