As 2014 continues to guide us to become more of who we truly are, we will likely find ourselves less tolerant of people, situations and energies that are not us. That's a good thing. And, in all honesty, it can be quite uncomfortable. For one, if you are used to feeling love and kindness toward all, or have an easy-going personality, it can be quite alarming to feel disdain toward another person you used to tolerate. As well, feelings of apathy may well up and suddenly you think, "Me? How am I supposed to help in this mess of a world that's been created?" Maybe you're a go-getter and your feel you've lost your umph, or direction, or wonder if there really is a purpose to anything. What's more ironic, is you may not even feel "bad" about "feeling bad" which can really be confusing! "Geez! Someone must have disconnected my heart!," you worry. In actuality, your heart is opening! Remember that "this too shall pass" as you experience your intolerance. In fact, go deeper into the experience. Breathe in the unwillingness to expose yourself to ways that no longer serve you. Welcome your intolerance of a world that is out of balance and infused with negativity. Feel your commitment to yourself and humanity as you vow, "No more!"

A world that is out of balance and infused with negativity. When I reflect back to 2014 yes, I can see those energies, but today in 2021 it is magnified by 1000! Boundaries for what I will allow into my field is one of my ways of surviving. Knowing that I am meant to be here is my main reminder. Knowing that change is the one constant and this too will pass is another. Today my "No More" is staying in the place of negative energies, negative people, negative situations. And that is because I now know unconditional self-love.

I agree that things are "very negative" in this phase we are in. One thing I see is that when we are trying to heal really "locked in" patterns there is a tendency for them to rage out of control. That's what I see as our collective pattern... and it's helping us discern what we want to say "No More" to with more clarity.

It's sooo important to be intimate with our own Yes and our own No, and to practice them both with confidence and authority. Especially our NO as it's not always been encouraged by society or while growing up... There is immense power in a grounded truthful No.

Love that... "in a grounded truthful No." Yes, when we can recognize that NO is also speaking truth.
